"The lot entrance isn't at the hotel itself which would make it a little more convenient. Exiting the lot is a little confusing (especially at night) because of its configuration and because there is a lack of signs directing drivers to the exit area. The staff at the hotel, at the gate, and on the shuttle were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. There was very little waiting time both going to and coming back from the airport. Overall it was a good experience, and I'd use this lot again in the future."
