Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

"Smooth and easy: Upon arrival we were picked up promptly and taken to where we needed to go (ie. to the airport on the way out of town; and to our car on the way back home). I plan to use them again!! Great job."

B. Krauss

"This is a great option for long-term parking at Buffalo Airport. The lot was secure, the shuttle was prompt and the drivers professional and friendly. We will need to allow 15 to 20 minutes, added to your travel time for arrival at the airport using this offsite parking. The price is worth the extra time and we will be using this parking again when flying out of Buffalo."

R. Harvey

"Rightway parking was the most reasonable price and right near the airport. The shuttles were there right away, with very little waiting, both before and after our flight. We have used them before and never had any problem."

"Booking was easy .. but the morning employee at the hotel Was extremely rude and miserable. Granted I know it was early I am hours but he was very rude with how it all worked. We were first timers to this and I didn’t appreciate his absolute rudeness. We were told to hurry or we would be waiting a half hour for next bus when the booking clearly stated the bus was on demand. Coming home was much better we landed in Buffalo at about 7 pm and the hotel staff when I called was super nice and helpful we got back to our vehicle very quickly. I did exactly what the confirmation email told me to do and called as soon as I got to location and he sent us the bus right away .. in the am it was opposite the guy was rude as hell on the phone … my email said to call the number when you arrive and he snapped at me and stated… “ well you need to come inside “… and when we did he told us to move our vehicle to another location which almost made us miss the bus…. He was plain rude and that will cause me not to use this Again at sleep Inn it was early and nobody needs that attitude first thing in am hours esp when it’s your for first time using this service … "

"Very easy check in process. Driver available as soon as we arrived at Sleep Inn. Car was parked in lot K offsite in wooded area, secured by fence / gate. Mistakenly left unlocked (in a rush) and car was 100% fine. Easy, fast pick up when we landed and much cheaper than parking onsite. Courteous drivers helped with baggage (thanks Kenny!) Will use this service again if we fly from BUF!!"
