Buffalo Airport Hotel

"Very good at dropping off and picking you back up"

C. Desimone

"The shuttle driver was quick and courteous. "

S. Roy

"Buffalo Airport Hotel was a great deal for parking and fly. The shuttle was waiting for me at the designated stop when I arrived. Not having to wait after travelling was a bonus."

C. Hewson

"The convenience and price are spot on. The front desk staff are always friendly. I have had four different drivers and 75% of them have been fantastic. However, on our last trip the driver was rude, not very personable, and was playing head banging music at a very high volume which surprised all the passengers. This will not keep me from using the service nor doesn't it deter me from staying at the hotel. It does make me hesitant to recommend this service to friends as this type of behavior would not give a great first impression."

K. Brown

"Amazing, the drivers both for my going and leaving were just fantastic, replied to my call so fast . ❤️"

B. Attar

"When I arrived at the hotel about 9am, I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes with no one in sight. No bell or other items to call for assistance. The phone was ringing nonstop. One phone pointed out toward the lobby and the screen showed 47 missed calls. The same number kept calling back and I can't help but think it was someone wanting to request pickup - I was worried that this was going to be terrible. No one wants this type of uncertainty when trying to catch a flight. I eventually had to go down the hall and find a maintenance worker, asking for someone to meet me at the front desk. Another 5 minutes and a man finally appeared. He lifted the phone and hung up on the person calling, then asked if I was there for parking. There was no acknowledgement or apology for the time waiting. After that, he was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that I had to follow the shuttle to an off site lot to park. It was directly under the air traffic control tower, so it seemed safe. The driver was great and the trip to was quick to drop off. Upon return, they sent someone right away and I was given instructions on where to go for pick up. I waited about 10 minutes and shared the shuttle with one other customer. I was dropped off directly behind my vehicle. This would have been five stars without the issue at drop off. "

"We had a great experience. The drivers were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were concerned about our battery possibly not starting after being parked for 18 days but the driver assured us if that was the case he would certainly give us a boost."

"Great place to park. And at a great price! There are 2 off-site lots. One gated....one not. I never had a problem at either lot. I had about a ten minute wait to get the van ride to the airport and about 15 minutes when I came home. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. It's the only place I park now. Much cheaper for parking a week compared to an Uber."

M. Panzarella

"Great customer service. They were prompt. Upon arrival they were already there waiting "

"Hello - I was a little disappointed that I called Rightway Parking and asked if parking at Buffalo Airport Hotel was on site and was told yes it was self park. When we got there we were told it was two minutes down the road to their secure lot. My husband was very upset. They did end up letting us park on site but this needs to be better clairified so there are no surprises."

"Shuttle service on point with perfect timing for pick up and drop off. Our car was safe and we never worried. Makes more sense then parking at the airport and so much more convenient then Uber or Lyft "

The hotel had my reservation ready when I arrived, check-in was quick, and the shuttle dropped me off at the terminal with no issues. When I returned, the pickup was easy and I didn’t have to wait long. Overall, it was convenient and worked exactly the way it should. I’d definitely use them again."
