"Parking experience was extremely easy from start to finish. On my departure, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. My bag was placed in a van and I was directed to my parking space. I was dropped off at the airport in no time. My arrival was just as simple. I received a text upon touching down at KCI instructing me to reply to the text once I arrived at the designated area outside. I did so and within 8 minutes the van arrived taking me back to my car. The process was easy and stress free. I will definitely use this service again. "

"I’ve used this lot for years and I have never had a problem. Being a smaller lot I feel they can keep better watch on the vehicles that are parked. You park your own vehicle, then you get on a shuttle and when you return, the shuttle takes you directly to your car. No unauthorized vehicles are not driving around your car. It is easy in and easy out. The shuttle drivers always seem aware of getting you where you need to be quickly and a text is provided when you land to respond to for pick up. Very easy."
T. Cook
"Easy parking and quick response when I land. They do a great job."
C. Coward

"Thank you all for a great experience, both dropping off my car and returning back to your facility to go home! Someone was waiting with the van doors open when I arrived, loaded my luggage and had me to the airport in under 10 minutes. When I got back I had already received a text asking me to reply when I was ready to be picked up. The answer said someone would be there in 15 minutes. I must have gotten really lucky and got to load in one of your vans that arrived to pick up another party as I got to the stop. I was back at my car in less than 15 minutes. Again, someone loaded my luggage and unloaded it for me when they dropped me off at my car. I didn't have to find it myself. The business card your employee filled out for me and then collected at pickup is genius!!! I will never fly without parking at your facility!!!! "
K. Sloan
