Self-park at the Days Inn by Wyndham MCI, 2 miles from Kansas City Airport (MCI), with a free shuttle to the terminal.
The free shuttle runs from 4 AM to 11 PM, 365 days a year, every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Call the hotel at least 12 hours ahead to schedule your shuttle, using the number in your booking confirmation. Arrive at least 30 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
Drive to 11120 N Ambassador Dr., Kansas City, MO 64153 and show your printed email confirmation at the front desk.
Collect your luggage first, then call the number in your booking confirmation for a pickup. Calling before you have your bags will only delay your pickup.

"First time I've tried off-the-airport parking. It couldn't have been better. Rightway's communication was excellent, explained everything. Day's Inn is easy to get to on the way to KCI, 2 miles away. The guy working there dropped everything to take care of me when I got there, and jumped right into the van to take us to the airport. I called for the van when we got back, while waiting for our luggage, and they were there to pick us up in 15 minutes. Get out of the van, into the car, and gone. If it was airport parking I'd have to drive a mile in the lot and wait in line to pay on the way out. About half the price of economy parking at the airport. Definitely will use Rightway again. (While in Honolulu, I saw that they have convenient lots there, too.) "
