The free shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, every 20 to 30 minutes. Plan to arrive at the hotel 2 hours 30 minutes before a domestic flight and 3 hours 30 minutes before an international flight.
Drive to 369 Maine Mall Rd, South Portland, ME 04106. From Maine Mall Rd, turn right after Chipotle and park in the lot closest to Bernie and Phyl's. Walk to the West Tower main lobby, show your confirmation at the front desk and ask for the next scheduled shuttle. Display the parking ticket the front desk gives you on your dashboard, then wait for the shuttle in the West Tower main lobby.
Once you have your luggage, call the number in your booking confirmation for a shuttle pickup.
