The free shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, every 20 to 30 minutes (for example 4:00, 4:20, 4:40 AM). The hotel recommends arriving 2.5 hours before a domestic flight and 3.5 hours before an international flight.
Drive to 363 Maine Mall Rd, Portland, ME 04106. From Maine Mall Rd, turn right after Chipotle, with the DoubleTree on your left, and park in the lot closest to Bernie and Phyl's. Walk to the West Tower main lobby, show your confirmation at the front desk and ask for the next scheduled shuttle. Put the parking ticket they give you on your dashboard, then wait for the shuttle in the West Tower lobby.
Once you have your luggage, call the number in your booking confirmation for a shuttle pickup.
