"We have parked at Park N' Sail, Cape Liberty twice now and had a great experience on both occasions. The lot is newly paved and has an indoor waiting area. Check-in was simple: we went to the clearly marked office, showed the email confirmation, and were told to park wherever we wanted. We handed our luggage to the shuttle driver, and he dropped us right at the terminal, about a 20 minute ride. Once we arrived, the porters took our bags straight from the bus. We never had to carry them ourselves and headed right into the terminal. The return was just as smooth. After disembarking, the shuttle was waiting exactly where the driver said it would be, and we were back at our car about 30 minutes after getting off the ship. Park N’ Sail is super convenient, and the cost is less than half of what parking at the port would be. We will definitely use them again."

"Wishing you had more buses. The little bus was blowing out hot air and traffic was terrible. We had to stand up the whole time. It took one and a half hours to get because of traffic. A third bus would be great. Pickup time was a little slow . We sat on the bus 45 minutes to wait for it to fill up. This is why a third bus would be very helpful. All in all Iwe are coming back in September to do it again"

"Both the lot attendant and the shuttle driver were very nice but be aware that the port-a-potties there might be way-too-full so if you need to stop before arriving at the lot, do that. Also, there is only one shuttle bus (and one small shuttle) so on the way back, if you just miss the bus, it's about an hour before it gets back to the port so you may want to use Lyft. (still cheaper than parking at the port)."

Our vehicle was an oversized one but the parking lot owner accommodated us by creating a special place for us to park. And another great attribute to this place is the awesome shuttle buses, jumbo one for large number of passengers, and medium one for smaller amount. The drivers were extremely helpful with passengers’ heavyweight and lightweight luggages. We were also picked up after the cruise, adding positively to our amazing vacation experience.
