"It was easy to find. Attendent was not there when we arrived, but a simple call and she was there. The large can picked us up in 10 - 15 minutes and dropped us off right at our door for boarding. He told us exactly where he would bec when we came back. What I really like was the sticker they gave us for pickup. The driver saw us and came and got us and our luggage. Took us straight to the van and dropped us off. It was the easiest embarkation I have ever had, and I cruise a lot. I will definitely be using them again."

The driver was very nice but the air conditioning did not work very well. When we returned the pick up was confusing. It would help if the driver held up a sign and alo communicated to the dispatch what bay they were parked in. The returned was quick and the driver was really nice."

"Yes, we were picked up on time by FT parking. We were also told to make sure we hang onto our stickers so they could identify us at time of pick up. Fortunately, there were several other people using the same service and we were picked up on time the only take away from this is cruise port 21 is always a madhouse and it is confusing, knowing where you are supposed to stand for pick up in the van that picked us up didn’t have any clear marking to help us identify."
