"always a good experience"

G. Johnston

"Good service move of a limo service than a shuttle"

C. walters

"Price is right shuttle to port was efficient but returning to our vehicle was not efficient at all waited almost an hour to be picked up first van was not marked another driver told us it was ours but by the time we got to it others had filled it up even though we were there first when we returned to lot there was a van sitting empty!!! No help with luggage very disappointed after using Rightway in Tampa multiple times service was not what we were accustomed to"

C. walters

"Great process great team Very efficient "

S. Edge

"Best parking service. On time, fast, reliable, professional and friendly. "

Y. carberry heaven

"Experience from time of booking to return to parking lot was smooth with no issues. Facility seemed safe. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and we did not have to wait too long for drop off or pick up. Van was comfortable and high end. Would definitely use this facility again. "

M. Rios-Armstrong

"Righway parking in Fort Lauderdale is so convenient. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This was my second time at this port, both times was very easy and I never waited for a ride to or from the port. The bus was right there. I will continue to use Rightway parking!!!!!"

K. Deveau

"This is a small friendly parking lot no more than 5 to 10mins from Port Everglades. The transfer from the port was slow as the driver explained he was waiting for more passengers who were eventually no shows and could not be blamed.I would certainly use Rightway in the future at a very reasonable price. The drivers and the young lady at reception were excellent"

J. Fenton

"Once again, parking at right way was perfect. No problems. No glitches. Just went smoothly. Thank you"

D. Treschl

"We were pleasantly surprised at how easy and seamless it was to use your services."

A. Lubiejewski

"This was super easy and they were amazing to work with"

E. Nolan

"I wish I had received an email with the updated address since they had moved from address I received and went to. Had I not stumbled into another couple facing similar issues and called to direct us to the correct location. The new location was an easier access. Staff was apologetic about the mixup. All was now well in our world 🙂."

R. Thomas-Pico

"this time the service was perfect score from 1 to 10 is 11 I USED THIS COMPANY IN TAMPA PORT CANAVERAL AND PORT EVERGLADES AND NEVER HAVE PROBLEM "

J. martinez

"Everything at FT Parking were GREAT!!! Looking forward to make my reservation in Tampa in a few days. Thanks to the employee s there. They were EXTREMELY PATIENCE. THANKS AGAIN"

J. Wilson-Holland

"I was given the wrong address and had a challenge finding the location. Once I was able to speak to the correct person he gave me the correct address. The lack of a timely shuttle to the port cast me an additional $10. I was late for my cruise boarding because of the confusing on the parking location."

F. Whitley

"It went so smooth. I was back in my car a half hour after I got off the ship. Very smooth operation!"

D. Nuske

"This was the second time using your company, and will continue to do so going forward. Friendly staff, Smooth operations very happy with the service."

L. Youness

"We got off to a shaky start because of road closures in the area that were not picked up by my GPS. I then read the directions supplied with the reservation and found my way. Upon arrival they send us to another location which was even better and closer. When we returned, the driver came and got from the crowd before I even had a chance to look for him. Well done. "

G. kilborn

"It was good experience as always. "

J. martinez

"Timely drop off and pickup from cruise port even though there were 6 ships. Courtesy drivers! Drop off was tough to find cause there is no office on site….you park by the gate and wait for shuttle driver after calling a number and leaving a message! Would park again in future with this guy "

J. Kos

"Great service. We like parking with rightway."

G. Douglas

"Everything worked out fine. Shuttle was waiting!"

S. Fowler

"Great experience and no problems, will definitely recommend "

M. Bunten

"Drop off was great. Car was ready for us when we went to pick it up. Only reason for four star is it took quite awhile to be picked up at the cruise terminal. I would definitely use them again. "

A. Sherman

"Rightparking is a good place to. Park. i never have a problem. And I used at lease 6 times a year"

J. martinez

"It was a good experience as always "

K. Yeakey

"The people at parking lot didn’t have it together getting us to the ship. We had to wait a long time for the bus. Was good other than that."

J. Buice

"Difficult to find but the free shuttle service worked well. No issues"

R. Arenstein

"It was a great experience! The shuttle driver was very kind."

M. Frometa

"i have call multiple time and request them to pick me up from port. and few time this went to Voice msg too. However, my car was safe and did not have any issue in dropping and retrieving them after the cruise"

R. Cherugail

"Driver did not help me with my luggage but expected a tip. A little bit hard to find but once we did everything went well "

H. Pearce

"We park our car for 12 days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was good. Driver was professional and on time. Everything was very good thank you."

M. BUCKLEY

"gr8 service ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo"

M. falk

"Great staff and easy parking and pick up on time."

W. johnson

"Great service, very attentive and helpful drivers and lot staff! Thank you!"

F. Maycock

"All's well that ends well, but we had a rough time. Parking the cars is very organized but lining up for the shuttle is not and it becomes a HUGE crowd that jostles for position to get on the shuttle. Takes awhile to load luggage. There was a terrible traffic jam and our driver would not try to figure out a different way until traffic cops had to basically tell him he had to. All ship passengers barely made it to their ships in time. After disembarkation, we had to call three times to check on a shuttle ETA only to just be told they're coming each time. Waited over an hour. Price is good but you pay for what you get. "

M. CRESAP

"At first we had a little problem finding the place because of the construction around, but once we did, everything was fine from that point on. Great service!"

J. Romero

"We went on a 14 day cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. The parking lot is 20 minutes or less from the port. Was very convenient and the shuttle service was great. Was a little hesitant at first about leaving our vehicle but the Rightway Parking obviously have their act together. I would recommend the service to anyone who wants to have their vehicle in a safe spot and pay reasonable rates for parking. We were picked up at the port within a 1/2 hour of getting off the ship!"

M. Juntunen

"The Rightway staff was professional and did a great job. However, we nearly missed our cruise because the port traffic was horrendous, caused probably by an accident. What should have been a 15-minute ride took nearly three hours. We also had to wait a substantial time for a shuttle to begin the trip to the port (45 minutes at least). They didn't seem to have enough shuttles to handle the load, but the unexpectedly bad traffic was probably the main issue. The shuttles that were out couldn't get back to pick up more travelers. So, I don't fault Rightway, but next time we'll probably choose something closer."

K. Cooney

"Driving there seemed a little sketchy. But they were so nice and friendly! Parked my car gave them the keys and waited about 5 minutes for the bus. Coming back we waited outside the ship and they saw my sticker on my shirt. Waited again maybe 5 minutes and we were on our way back. They made it so easy and stress less. Would definitely park there again."
