We Park In Miami Covered Parking

"There's alot of construction in the area so we weren't in covered parking as paid for. Not sure if there was a difference. Dropoff was awesome but pickup was a little slow. I didn't get to talk to a human on the call, but the whole experience was good."

"My Rightway Parking experience was an overall good one. Even though there were lines to the cruise terminal for our drop off, the Rightway Shuttles came in a timely fashion to ensure we made it to the terminal. My only concern was the extended wait to be picked up from the terminal after the cruise. We were told that the second shuttle would be in route to the terminal in 2 minutes, which actually turned out to be over an hour. That concerned me due to the fact that the terminal is only 5-10 minutes away from the parking deck. "

"The parking as well as pickup process was smooth, the location is about 8-10 minutes from the port. The only downside is you need to wait for quite some time for the shuttle. We had to wait almost 30-40 minutes, so manage your time accordingly. Everything else was great. "

"Great parking and easy access. I felt my vehicle was secure and the location (other than construction) was convenient. The only complaint would be that finding the elevators was a bit of a hassle. The elevators we thought were correct did not take us to the correct location to check in. More signs/directions to the “hotel” elevators would have been beneficial. Otherwise it was great and much more affordable than the cruise port. I did not use the free shuttle so I can’t speak on behalf of the st experience. We chose a taxi for quicker transport but of course that adds expense but still cheaper than port parking. "

"Everything went well as far as the parking Arrangement the only problem I had was the picking up after I returned from the port. It took a long time to be picked up from the area that I was at. It seemed that if you were at the A through C they would stop there and pick everybody up and when it got down to D they were already full so we missed two shuttles. After waiting 45 minutes I finally called to let them know we have been waiting that long and was told that they were going to pick us up next. Which they did about 10 minutes later. Other than that they were great"
