C. Rewiako

"Staff was extremely kind and accommodating while helping my elderly mother. However, upon returning to the airport it took 4 phone calls & 60 minutes to pick us up from the airport shuttle waiting area. "

M. Dudycha

"This parking option just simply makes sense for our frequent travels. It's door to door service at the best price available."

R. Misar

"The service went very smoothly for drop off to airport and pick up upon my return. Driver's were very friendly and helpful. A positive experience."

M. Schmitt

"We had short wait times for the shuttle and it’s a short ride to the airport with reasonable prices."

K. Toche

"Overall, parking with this company/location was good. On our return, we were expecting the shuttle but they called an uber to pick us up. Communication on where to wait for the driver was confusing and the uber driver blew past us a couple of times. Also, the driver had a small car and there were 3 people (all with large suitcases) to ride in the car. I ended up putting my suitcase (smallest of the 3) in the backseat with me. Everyone we had contact with were polite and professional though. "

C. Rowe

"Awesome, easy experience… would book through this site and hotel again!"

S. Bradbear

"First time using this service and it worked well. The hotel runs a very smooth system. Minimal waiting to get to the airport or to be picked up. I 'm deducting one star because the price advertised is not the price I paid as Rightway charges a service fee on top of the parking fee. That feels deceptive to me. For next time, I learned that I can book directly with the hotel."

E. Maylen

"Very seamless process. And for the right price! The shuttle was ready when I arrived to take me to the airport. And with one phone call after we picked up our luggage from our return flight they were there within 10 minutes. "

S. Covey

"Door to door service and the friendliest front desk person made our experience great! I highly recommend Rightway Parking."

D. Cummings

"It was very convenient! They offer a free shuttle from the hotel to airport and vice versa. There were a lot of cars in the parking area so it means that many people trusted this."

R. Pulgarinas

"The hotel front desk was very helpful and called a Uber immediately after I told him I had scheduled parking with them. The Uber arrived quickly and both the front desk and the driver inquired about my flight time. Good experience!"

D. LI

"Our driver was very courteous and helpful. We had a pleasant experience going and coming."

C. Bell

"Flew back into Gerald Ford Airport this evening after spending Christmas and New Year's with family in Colorado and Washington. I am extremely pleased with the friendly staff and their professionalism at the Tru Hotel and the amount of ample parking. With it's close proximity to the airport and extremely short shuttle service to and from with awaiting no more than 8 minutes, in an no brainer with so much to offer, with an inexpensive nightly rate. Rightway is without the best little know way to park and save money while flying near by. Thank you again, Todd Mitcheltree "

T. Mitcheltree

"The experience was mostly good. The drop off and transport to GR Airport was fast and easy, however upon returning we waited over an hour to be picked up. Not sure why that happened. Had to call three times to finally get someone to show up. The airport is only 3 miles from Tru by Hilton."
