Getting to the port
The shuttle runs every hour from 7 AM to 3 PM on cruise days only. You must call the number in your booking confirmation at least 24 hours before arrival to schedule it. If you book within 24 hours, or do not schedule in advance, a shuttle fee of $25 or more is payable to the facility on arrival. That fee covers up to 4 passengers.
When you arrive
The facility gives you an arrival window when you book the shuttle. Drive to the front office at 2115 Terminal Dr #128, Galveston, TX 77554 and call to confirm you are there. Staff will guide you to the gated lot, and the shuttle meets you at your car.
Coming back
After your cruise, call the number in your booking confirmation for pickup instructions.

Your crew knows what time every ship is going to leave and return I could have avoided the extra $23.00 fee by you just saying the ship would not return on the July 17,2026 it would be July 18, 2026, you would still have made the same $23.00 but in a more respectful way. "
