Getting to the terminal
The free shuttle runs from 5 AM to 11:30 PM, 365 days a year. It leaves the hotel for SFO every 30 minutes, on the hour and half hour. Arrive at least 15 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
When you arrive
Drive to 1350 Veterans Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Show your text or email confirmation at the front desk to validate your parking. Staff will give you a parking pass for your dashboard and tell you where to park.
Coming back
The shuttle leaves SFO every 30 minutes at :15 and :45 past the hour. With your luggage, go to the departures level and the "Hotel Shuttles" area. From the international terminal, go to the departures level, exit the building and head to Zone 12, "Hotel Courtesy Shuttles." Look for the shuttle marked Sonesta ES Suites and Sonesta Select. For timing questions, call the number in your booking confirmation.
