"I found this site and the available parking at the Sheraton the night before my flight. It was the cheapest deal I have found in a while ($10/day). I was able to pre-pay for the full amount and use a 5% discount code from the website. The next day, I pulled into the hotel parking lot and parked wherever I wanted, walked into the lobby and only had to give my name to the front desk attendant who said I was all set. The shuttle to my terminal (two shuttles for the separate terminals) pulled up, and I was at my gate before I knew it. The entire process from pulling into the parking lot to walking up to my gate took 26 minutes. Upon my return to Detroit at 6am, just when I was going to call for the shuttle, a Sheraton shuttle pulled up. I returned to my car and drove away without any extra required steps. I will absolutely use them again. Amazing experience - so glad I found this site!"

"Pros: well-lit parking lot, easy check-in, access to hotel restroom and lobby; comfortable shuttle Cons: return shuttle size too small at midnight because all the American Airlines(AA) crew need to get back to the hotel as well. A few people had to stand. No more seats. Perhaps AA should arrange for a special shuttle for their crew to minimize overcrowded vehicles Overall a positive experience. Beware parking underneath the tree next to the hotel. Upon return there were bird poop all over our car!"

"I have parked here on multiple occasions, in the heat of Summer and in the cold, icy Winter. I have always been treated with respect and no natter what time if day or night there are always staff at the desk to check you in. My car has always been safe in this parking lot and I never have to even think about any problems with where I parked. The shuttle drivers are most helpful with getting my bags on and off and are very good about getting me to and from the airport promptly. It only takes about 7-8 minutes to get to and from the airport and its always so easy right outside baggage claim. I will always park at this Sheraton Hotel location because they have proven themselves to be top notch."
