Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston Airport

"Pleasant environment. Pleasant professional staff. Clean and well maintained."

F. Harris

"The Rightwayparking.com site was easy to use. I am very satisfied with my choice to use them. I highly recommend their service."

D. Trahan

"The parking was easy and convenient. The shuttle service was great. Just make sure you book additional days if your flight is delayed and you won't be there to retrieve your car by end of day. You will need to book additional days with Rightway if a delay occurs. Otherwise very positive experience."

P. Petretti

"The drivers were great there was no waiting and I really appreciate the service. I would definitely use it again. Made my trip very easy thank you."

"I felt very good leaving my car at this hotel and from your company. Price was right. I was able to get an Uber from airport at 1am and drive my car back to Myrtle Beach for 2 hours and didn't need to wait for you to open. I have already referred you to a friend for possible future need."

S. Garber

"I was looking for an alternative to Uber-ing because it’s become so expensive, and this was the cheapest I could find that seemed reliable. They were great. Showed up, got a slip filled out, parked in the parking lot and they had a shuttle to get me to the airport. When I got back they sent a shuttle over to pick me up within 15 min. Inexpensive and convenient. "

E. Mooty

"Very easy to park with Rightway. Much more resaonable than parking at the airport and the shuttle bus was on time and easy both ways."

"Smooth as silk service. All were very good"

"Hi, this was my first experience with parking before my flights and it was very easy to book. My car was fine when I returned to it. I will definitely park here again. "

C. Cleckley

"All went well. The only issue was I was told to look for a green and white van at the shuttle stop. I didn’t realize it would not have a Residence Inn sign ( had Embassy Suites)so I missed the shuttle. "

G. Rushton

"It was a wonderful experience "

S. Ansari

"Thank you for your service. Only downfall was that the shuttle started at 6am. Had to get an Uber. Otherwise I felt safe parking my car at the hotel. Front desk agent was very friendly. I apologize I cant remember her name. She was there when I arrived at 3am February 27th. "

K. Fleckner

"Just had my first experience using this service. I was very pleased with the ease of being chauffeured to the airport and leaving my car in the Marriott Hotel parking lot. Price was reasonable and drivers were very nice. Will use again. "

J. Marvin

"The staff at Residence Inn were courteous and helpful. The shuttle van drivers were pleasant. The parking lot was well lit at night. The shuttle was running on the half hour so plan for a little extra time for the ride to the airport. The pricing is competitive to the airport parking prices. I will definitely use this service again. "

B. RICCI

"Low cost and close to the airport with free transportation I loved the experience "

J. lazzara

"Usually I’d give Rightway Parking a five star, but we had to wait over 40 minutes to get the shuttle to the airport. I was getting very stressed that we might not make it in time, thankfully we did. "

L. LeBlanc

"Checked in at front desk, where I left my name and vehicle information. Hotel allowed parking anywhere but out in front. Upon arrival, waited about 2 minutes while person on other end was dealing with someone at the desk. Bus arrived 10 minutes after the call. Vehicle was in the same condition as when it was left "

J. Louttit

"Rightway Parking, along with its great customer service made long-term parking simple! I would recommend them to anyone who prefers parking away from hectic and busy airports."

D. Hoelz

"This was my first time using this service and I was apprehensive at first. However, it was easy to book the parking, easy to drop off the car and get the shuttle to the airport. To help people feel at ease, it may be helpful to let them know on the confirmantion that once they arrive at the hotel, they can pick any open spot to park their car. Once parked, go to the service desk to check in and the receptionist will give you a parking pass to place in your car and call the shuttle to come pick you up. Everyone was very pleasant. On the return, there was a little delay in getting a response from the hotel receptionist for the shuttle but once connected the shuttle came in a timely manner and all was well with our car when we returned. I would use this service again."

S. Budd

"Perfect and safe place to park . The free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Why park anywhere else?"

"Parking was simple. Checked in with the front desk and was on a shuttle within 15 mins to the airport. Upon arriving back, I called to get picked up, and the shuttle was there within 20 mins to take me back to the hotel. Everything was easy and smooth. Would definitely use this service again. "

E. O'Flaherty

"Love using this service! Feel that our car is safe and only a short distance from the airport."

S. Smith

"The whole process was very simple and easily understood. After arrival to the hotel, I approached the counter and gave the girl my information and license plate number, parked around the side and took my luggage back inside to await the shuttle that took me to the airport. Upon my return, I phoned the hotel, they sent a shuttle to pick me up. My car was fine and as stated, the process very simple. "

D. McBride

"Very smooth process, easy parking and many parking spots available."

"Parking and getting to the airport was smooth and easy. My return was not- I called for the shuttle at 515 unfortunately I was not told until I had wait 45 minutes that the shuttle would not operate until 7 pm. Waited until 730 and finally took a cab to my car costing an extra 17 dollars.so waited about 1.5 hours."

S. Thompson

"We had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle to the airport. "

L. Wielgosz

"Had a great trip, the parking off site from the airport was very easy, just wish the shuttle ran later as my plane was delayed, but it was an easy taxi ride, just down the street."
