Regal Parking Philadelphia Airport

"This was our third time leaving our car with Regal Parking, Philadelphia. The workers are very nice and helpful. It was raining and they offered for us to wait inside for our Uber (we were going to the cruiseport, not airport, and Regal doesn't provide transfer there). We flew back home, and requesting the shuttle was easy and quick. We will continue to use this company since we've had 3 good experiences with them. Thank you!"

J. Schreiber

"easy in and out. Pick up and drop off was great."

M. Wells

"I have used your service 3 times now, each time have had small issues. Your pickups and drivers from PHL at all hours are great! My driver to PHL dropped me off at the wrong terminal this time. (not tragic) the timing of shuttles is spot on. So overall I will continue to use your lot."

M. Kunkel

"Amazing and very helpful for solo travelers."

A. Torres

"The vans need to be updated and the air conditioning should work. "

K. Meehan

"Easy to find location, near airport and quick shuttle service."

D. LEVY

"I am very very happy with the service I receive at Regal. Everyone is kind and prompt. Does not get any better. ❤️❤️❤️"

C. Mercer

"Pick-up was great. Drop off was was a little confusing. Also an indoor waiting area with some seats would help - nobody wants to stand outside in the summer heat with their luggage waiting for the shuttle van to pick them up. Price was good."

V. Hink

"Regal parking is good. I would recommend asking what type of vehicle and spot sizes because when we arrived with our Tahoe they had to send us to ARB for a spot. That cuts into time to catch your flight. Know what size car is expected and have that spot reserved. But other than that good experience. "

A. RaufWaheed

"Reservation was a breeze online and pick up was quick and uncomplicated. Great price for our reserved parking. Courteous driver. "

C. Nowack

"Safe and reliable parking"

K. Renwrick

"We have used Regal Airport parking many times over the years. They have always been friendly, courteous, and efficient. I will certainly use them again "

R. carrozza

"I ended up not flying back into Philly and instead drove up from Florida. When I picked up my car, my tire was flat. The man working offered to help with the air compressor you guys have. I had my own but unfortunately when I went to use it, the hose had a hole and it would not fill up my tire. I was able to use the air compressor on site and was on my way. Thank you so incredibly much for your help. I use you guys every time I fly and this past visit makes it even more worth it. Thanks again!"

M. Kelly

"We had a very positive experience at Regal Parking last year so we booked a spot there again and were not disappointed. Our departure flight time was changed from 7:10pm to 4:35pm. We were permitted to park our car earlier than we booked. We also got a very close spot to the shuttle van which was great since my husband has neuropathy and uses walking sticks to aid him. The shuttle was timely and quick, and when we arrived back at PHL we only had to wait 17 min for the retun shuttle. I was very pleased with the service! We will be using Regal Parking again!"

J. Schreiber

"This is I think the 3rd time we've used this parking company for our parking when leaving from PHL airport. Its near the airport, the shuttle is always running so we've never had a problem with getting there on time from the parking lot, and they have a link to click after you arrive to let them know you are there and waiting pickup. However, the appearance of the van and sometimes the drivers, drops my review one star. The appearance of our company, and our employees, can go a long way for people using our services, and can show our professionalism in what we do. Cleaning the van, keeping it running safely, having friendly drivers? All can go a long way with customers."

G. Ritter

"Arrive at the parking lot, check-in, and wait for about 10-min for the shuttle taking me to the airport terminal. On the way back, click the link provided in the text message during the check-in, to notify the pick up terminal. I waited for about 6-min for the shuttle to show-up. The shuttle was full, so there is a chance you may need to wait for the next one if too many passengers arrived at the same time. (note: Regal and MS parking share the same shuttle service, so there is MS parking sign on the shuttle, not Regal parking)"

J. Li

"This is the second time I've used regal and in both cases the service was excellent. The staff is very helpful and the transportation is prompt. I highly recommend. "

F. Foley

"I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Representative of the true Philly vibe, a little gritty and bare bones but dependable, kind and so easy from start to finish. I don't need to pay for bells and whistles. Will absolutely use again!"

L. Brooks

"Rapid and fair price friendly service "

V. Lakhani

T. Simmons

"I went to the wrong parking lot when arrived. The young man immediately directed me to the right location. I am grateful for the courtesy that I received. The driver upon my return was friendly as well. I recommended my family and friends. Sincerely, Cleopatra Patterson "

C. Patterson

"Don’t expect great service but expect that you get to and from the place. Some of the comments here want to have this amazing customer service experience on a 6$ a day parking establishment. If you are realistic and want to get to and from the airport after parking you car, perfect place to do it! "

A. Haxhistasa

"They were great. We were picked up within 10 minutes and my car was right where I left it. Totally using them again."

T. Long

"It was a great experience. "

J. Merritt

"I have used these guys before, but not for a little while. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and economical this place is. Highly recommend. "

S. Damron

"Great experience. Check in online was fast and easy. Parking was convenient and spots were spacious. Shuttle to and from airport was fast and convenient. Only waited 10 minutes for shuttle on return. "

S. Tager

"Arrived for our reservation just a couple of days after a large snowfall. Although it was impossible for them to clear entire parking lot, then did the best that was possible. As always the drop off and pickup was fast and easy. "

L. Patterson

"Rightway Parking, has been great "

L. Hinton

"There was an overflow issue. I was sent to another parking lot. But I had plenty of time, it was actually closer to the airport. The Shuttle service was very good especially on pick up from return flight! Will use them again. Just make sure you allow enough time in case first parking lot is full to drive a few minutes to the other parking lot."

C. Bode Love

"Great service quick and gentle and they were quick at picking me up "

E. Rivera

"The service was great as always "
