Getting to the terminal

From 8 AM to 11 PM, the free shuttle runs continuously every 4 to 8 minutes. From 11 PM to 8 AM, shuttles are sent on request. Get to the lot 15 to 20 minutes before you want to be at the airport.

When you arrive

Drive to 44 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Pull a ticket at the entrance gate and keep it in your car. Park in any non-reserved space on the rooftop (Level 3), then take the elevator to the lobby level for the shuttle.

Coming back

Once you have your bags, call the number in your booking confirmation. From 11 PM to 8 AM, text your party size and terminal number instead. At Terminal 3, exit Door 9 or Door 11 (north side) to the outer curb and wait at the Courtesy 11 sign. At Terminal 4, exit Door 7 (north side) to the outer curb and wait at the Courtesy 7 sign. To leave, show your parking pass to the cashier in the West Lobby for the receipt that opens the exit gate.
