Getting to the terminal

From 8 AM to 11 PM, shuttles run continuously every 4 to 8 minutes. From 11:01 PM to 7:59 AM, airport pickups are by request: text the dispatch number in your booking confirmation. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before you want to be at the airport.

When you arrive

Drive to 44 N 44th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Pull a ticket at the entrance gate and keep it in your car. For covered parking, drive up the ramp to Level 2, scan your entry ticket at the gate and park in any non-reserved space.

Coming back

With your bags in hand, call the number in your booking confirmation. Terminal 3: exit Door 9 or Door 11 (north side) to the outer curb and wait at the Courtesy 11 sign. Terminal 4: exit Door 7 (north side) to the outer curb and wait at the Courtesy 7 sign. Back at the lot, show your parking pass to the West Lobby cashier for the receipt that opens the exit gate.
