C. Lavallee

"Hello, we have used your service every time we have flown out of Birmingham. Most of your personnel have been fabulous. Very personable, polite and helpful. Having said that, our September pickup, when we returned from Colorado, was less than good. The driver was not very responsive. He crammed a bunch of us into the vehicle, and unfortunately, we were expected to find our way to the back seat. Considering our physical issues, this was very hard. There were other elderly people sitting in the easy access seats, and they could have moved over but did not. I will never do this again. If we are not provided easy access that suits our physical limitations, we will have to find another choice. Our service in October was great. "

T. Weakley

"Always so reliable! Everyone is super helpful and kind, and at all hours of the day. "

M. Gevorgian

"It was super easy and I was dropped off at the airport by their staff without a wait. I picked up my bag upon my return, called the number and within 5 minutes I was on my way to my car. Super easy and the staff was really nice."

B. Jenkins

"I have used National Airport Parking BHM multiple times at this point. Whether I am arriving at 4am or 10pm, they are always there in a positive mood and timely for pick up and drop off. I can always count on them for every time I park at the airport and I highly recommend them to anyone."

L. Glover

"Our experiences have always been positive. Some drivers are more helpful than others, but even the ones who could be better are good. I have never had to wait long to be taken to the airport, and never had much of a wait once we collected our checked bags to be picked up. The parking is outdoors, so you must be okay with that. I have used them a few times, and plan to in the future."

T. Weakley

"The site was easy to get to and it was well maintained. The shuttle driver was great and very professional "

E. Stickney

"super quick to pickup. very polite and helpful staff. will definitely be using again "

T. Motes

"The location was very convenient for airport parking and we didn't have to wait at all to be shuttled to the airport. On the return trip we only had to wait a few minutes and the drivers of both shuttle trips were courteous and friendly, helpful with the luggage. Much less expensive than parking at the airport and the lot was gated so we didn't worry about the car."

"This parking had easy access from I 65. The person upon arrival very pleasant and answered all my questions. I have never used a shuttle service for Birmingham Airport so I was a little un-easey.
