I had forgotten what the shuttle that took me to the airport looked like. I asked people at the airport about Rightway Shuttle and they said they did not know who you were, but assured me I was where you should pick me up. I saw a Marriott Shuttle pull in and asked about Rightway and the driver gave me a rather blank stare, but assured me he was going to the hotel and would be happy to take me which he did, Overall things worked out very nicely; I was confused about the return arrangements."
