IAD Crowne Plaza

"IAD Crown Plaza parking made parking at IAD very easy and less expensive than the airport parking garages."

R. Reid

"It was a good experience. I would use the parking facility again!"

D. Cook

"Driver met ys at airport promptly "

M. Horechny

"Overall service was very good. Booking via the app was easy. The parking lot is semi-covered, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The shuttle pickup and drop-off are by the entrance to the lot, which makes it easier if you carry heavy luggage. Will definitely use this service again!"

M. Madhani

"Prompt service and very accommodating, Thanks "

S. Nichols

"My experience with the parking facility was largely positive, particularly regarding the ease of online reservation. However, a significant inconvenience arose during my return journey, as I encountered a one-hour wait for the shuttle service. This required two calls to the hotel to inquire about the shuttle's arrival, which was particularly challenging at 2 AM."

D. Fragueiro

"Clear directions. Plenty of open spaces. Relatively clean. Fair price. Reliable transport van to and from Dulles. I will ise it again! Thank you. "

C. Lukach

"Parking worked our well and the shuttle was quick and convenient"

R. Armbruster

"The return shuttle was as prompt, but all else was good."

E. Del Prado

"I would highly recommend Rightway Parking for their courtesy, convenience and cost."

T. BRYANT

"Easy to book, easy to patk and the van was a short ride to the airport. We look forward to using your service again."

D. Clayton

"Excellent option! The service was fast, everyone was friendly, and this was MUCH better than parking at an airport lot. This is a great deal from a cost standpoint, as well; we saved quite a bit of money."

W. Stratton

"A great, smooth parking experience. When we initially arrived to park, the Shuttle driver picked us up on the top level of the parking deck. Upon our return two weeks later, we only had a brief wait at IAD before shuttle arrived. "

T. Reese

"The driver from the IAD terminal could make an exception to pick up if there is a time crunch "

M. Aasim

"Parking there was easy and affordable "

W. Woods

"We find parking at Crown Plaza very efficient. Staff is pleasant, pickup is on time, car is safe. We use it frequently."

T. Wagner

"Parking price is affordable. There is one thing that one must considered, there is no elevator at the garage. "

R. Moreno

"This option solved my problem of parking to access Dulles airport very convenient"

T. Whittaker

"It's gratifying to know that everything is as it was promised, no surprises, from the check in to the shuttle pick up. We always have parked here, and always will."

"I always have a smooth experience with your service!"

B. Liddick

"My wife and I used IAD Crown Plaza parking from 3/29-4/9/26. When we arrived to the parking lot the shuttle van was there and we immediately had our suitcases loaded into the van by a very polite and pleasant driver. We were at IAD airport in about 10-15 minutes. On our return flight we arrived at the designated pickup location and just as I was about to call the IAD Crown Plaza phone number as directed, we saw the shuttle van with the same driver and once again our suitcases were loaded into the van and we were back to the parking lot in 10-15 minutes. It was our first time using IAD Crown Plaza for parking and it certainly will not be our last. "

C. Stevens

"Parking price is right. There is one detail though. There is no elevator at the parking garage. Thus, if you have more than one carry on bag, you will have a hard time bringing them to the shuttle. "

R. Moreno

"Parking was easy and economic. There is a mini issue though, there is no elevator."

R. Moreno

"The hotel was accommodating since our arrival occurred in the very early morning. The indoor space was nice, but something from the ceiling (salt?) dripped onto my car. The shuttle driver was difficult to deal with."

D. Heim

"Very convenient to IAD. Secured parking, on time shuttle service and professional service personnel. "

A. Calvendra

"Convenient and always professional. Will be back again. "

O. Cardines

"Awesome experience! Shuttle attendants were on time and very professional. Thanks."

A. Nunez Contreras

"Muy buen servicio y a tiempo."

F. Arevalo

"All was good. Did everything online. We did not use the shuttle in either direction because we were late to catch the flight. Quick 7-8 minutes drive from terminal "

S. Alzouby

"Quick, convenient, friendly service. Will use again."

W. Stratton

"Staff was very nice and helpful. "

L. Gibson

"Excellent option for IAD parking. Close, easy, relatively inexpensive. "

A. Geiger

"Helpful driver. Covered parking. Pick up on schedule"

D. Bruns

"Convinient. Close to airport. Under roof parking. Complain: shuttle driver leaves 2-3 minutes earlier than the schedule time, i was left behind because of it. "

S. Velikoretskikh

"The pickup at the airport says on the quarter hour or 45 past the hour. We walked up 40 past and the van was pulling away. This meant we had to wait for another 35 minutes for the next van."

R. Kwiatkowski

"Easy, covered parking, and shuttle was on-time in both directions,"

J. Emm

"The pick up experience was great. The shuttle driver picked us up at our car and ordered a second shuttle for a group of people that would not fit in our shuttle. The return to our car was not as good. It took an hour or more because the number of people going to the hotel filled the shuttles before we could get on. Also, the driver dropped us off in the parking lot near the garage entrance so we had to roll our four large bags up the ramp to our car. Not as good an experience as the trip to the airport."

R. Mizeur

"Everything went as expected. Our vehicle was undisturbed while we were away for almost two weeks. We just showed the attendant our paid receipt when we left and everything went well."

D. Glover

"Nice place to park. Under cover. Drop and pick up was great."

T. Richardson

"Conveniently located near Dulles airport. The shuttle bus runs every 30 min. The drivers were friendly and professional. We parked our car at the hotel for 5 wks. and had no issues. We are happy customer."
