You must call the number in your booking confirmation at least 24 hours before your check-in time to reserve your shuttle. It runs on demand, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before you want to reach the airport.
Drive to 1020 Lower Shiloh Way, Morrisville, NC 27560, show your text or email confirmation at the front desk, and park in any space not marked reserved.
Once you have your luggage, call the number in your booking confirmation. Wait in the hotel shuttle pickup area in the red zones: curbside outside baggage claim at Terminal 1, or on the lower arrivals level curbside at Terminal 2.
