Getting to the terminal

When you arrive
Drive to 1800 Highway 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051 and pull up to the front entrance. Show your confirmation at the front desk to get a parking permit, and place it clearly on your dashboard. Park in any open uncovered space, then return to the lobby shuttle area.
Coming back
Once you have your luggage, call the number in your booking confirmation. Exit on the Lower Level (Arrivals/Baggage Claim) and follow the purple or grey courtesy van signs. Look for the van marked Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center.
