"Rightway and Hilton provided just what we needed and were very kind and professional. The one critique I have is that calling for pick up is confusing as the number provided it to a general automated switchboard and there were no instructions to what number to select. It took 20 minutes or so to a human to direct me to call the hotel front desk. Also, when picking up from BWI in frigid weather, I would highly suggest not using Location 7"

"The beginning process threw me off a bit given the fact that I was supposed to print out my reciept to place on my windshield yet I had no instructions on any of my email confirmations to state I needed to do this, clearer instructions do need to be given to customers! Other than this bump in the process everything went great after I was able to call and advise Jasmine of my extension for my parking she assured me that it was noted in the system when we arrived back the pick up quick and the driver was awesome and brought us straight to our vehicle! Thank you for a great experience we will be using this location in the future! "

"I used this parking lot for the first time last week. The price was decent I will say that. However, It was hard to find. It was not clear that it shared the parking lot with the Hyatt house. The shuttle going on a weekday ran every 30 mins. The shuttle coming back on a Sunday ran every hour. Which is very inconvenient. There was no parking attendant on site. We had to go onto the Hyatt house reception desk to get the info."

"Good price and would be easier the 2nd time. But there is a learning curve. 1st no signs on parking—lots of guessing. The hotel was annoyed because they needed a paper copy of the confirmation , which isn’t clear in the instructions. Plus, the instructions are long and detailed and they matter, especially when you need to be picked-up at the airport. "

"everyone was first rate. both of the drivers we had were very professional and helpful with bagage. the only down side was finding the location on our way to the airport there need to be signs saying EZ Park that can be seen as we drove by and missed it even though our GPS said you have arrived. i had to call the number to find out where you actually were."
