Courtyard by Marriott Indoor Long Beach Cruise Parking

"We cruise out of Long Beach twice a year (we prefer to drive to the port) and we used to park in Carnival's parking garage. When that was no longer an option, I discovered Rightway's options and found that we could park in a secure parking structure right at the downtown Long Beach Courtyard by Marriott for less than what it would cost if we could still park at the terminal. It's so convenient to be able to park at the hotel, then just take an Uber to the cruise terminal. I schedule the Uber in advance, usually an XXL because we overpack and they are just more spacious/comfortable, and it was $33 and change. The REALLY nice thing about taking an Uber to the cruise terminal is that all the drivers we've had have known shortcuts, so that we do not get stuck in the ridiculously long lines of traffic trying get into the terminal. Getting back to the hotel after the cruise was also very easy; I wanted to gatekeep this tip, but I know I appreciated being told about it: Instead of Ubering back - and waiting in the long lines for Rideshare Pickup - this time, we went to the Taxi stand. No waiting, easy access, and it was a flat rate of $15 to get back to the hotel. My BFF was parked at the other Rightway parking over at the Hyatt (she drives a Yukon XL, so her boat is too big for the Courtyard parking). She got off the ship before us and decided to try the taxi - still $15, and no waiting. As I said, I want to gatekeep this tip because once people know about it, they'll want to jump on it, LOL. TL;DR: We have used Rightway several times, both at the Hyatt and at the Courtyard in Long Beach, and we will never go back to parking at the terminal , even if they ever allow Panorama passengers to park there. 10/10, highly recommend."

"Its a 4 story parking structure. The QR code does not work at the terminal to enter the parking lot. We had to get an attendant. The attendant told us that cruise parking is the 4th floor, which is not indoor or covered. We felt our car was safe, but not as advertised by the title, "indoor". It was 100% "outdoor" parking."
