"I had a great experience using the parking facility at Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center. The lot was easy to find, well-lit, and felt secure leaving my vehicle for several days. The shuttle service was prompt both to and from the airport, and the drivers were friendly and professional. Check-in and pick-up were smooth with no confusion, which made the whole process stress-free. Pricing was reasonable compared to other options nearby. I would definitely use this location again for future travel and recommend it to others looking for reliable airport parking."
R. Willock
"Close to airport makes it very convenient. The shuttle was timely and comfortable. Recommend to anyone taking a trip out of MKE"

"Buying the service via internet was very easy. Check-in at hotel was not good. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for clerk to come to front desk to check us in. Then had to fill in paper work, name, address car make model, lic. number, etc. and dates that we will be gone. They should have that info from our original application. Pick-up at airport on return was excellent, less than 5 minutes. Over all service was good! "

"Easy access, parking is not covered, but in their main lot. It was easy to book and the price most reasonable. Located very close to the airport. Desk staff and shuttle drivers were pleasant. Waited no more than 10-15 minutes for shuttle either way. We will use them again."
P. Kummrow

"I filled out the online form ahead of time, but then I have to fill out a form with the same information when I arrive at the hotel before I park. It seems redundant and a waste of time. "

"My flight was cancelled, rebooked and that plane was late, changed planes to in CLE to get to MKE which also left late. It pulled in at 12:45 am. Thank you DRIVER for waiting for us. I know you get off at 1:00 pm but you absolutely made this difficult trip end on a happy note. I was so glad to get home."

"I have used Riteway parking and shuttle service for a couple of years now. I appreciate the courteous service from the onsite staff as well as the shuttle drivers. Safety is important as I am a senior solo traveler. I have always felt safe no matter what time of day or night I am traveling. The convenience of the property and quick response to pick up and delivery is the main reason I use Riteway. Also I sometimes leave for extended periods and Riteway is very affordable."

"This is the first time I have used this facility for the Parking. I was able to access the front desk and was told immediately where to park and given a card to call when I return from the airport. The van driver was sick however they did have someone else cover for them and the pick up was flawless and we were brought back to our vehicle. Would definitely recommend for the price we paid"
T. Witzel
