"My parking experience was good, just one of the elevators was not working I just had to park close to the elevator I was working, when leaving I guess my barcode wasn’t working so I had to press the hell button and talk to a live person where they assisted me other than that I had no issues parking was as expected. Car was untouched and everything was good."

"The process was easy to book, close to the cruise terminal a 5-10 min UBER. The QR code in the email receipt confused me a bit. I thought I needed it when I went into the garage, but it turns out you don’t need it until you exit. When you get to the garage, you simply hit the button and take a ticket like you would normally do. After coming back from the cruise, but QR code would not work on the way out. I simply pressed the call button a very friendly woman helped, but I needed some of the information that came on the email I received after I paid online. As soon as she had the info, she opened the gate remotely and was a pleasure to talk to. "

Also our QR code didn’t work when exiting and took a while to get attendant and had to provide a lot of information. Luckily I had the original email confirmation. "

"Our actual parking experience was fine - the garage provided safety, from weather and people and was just a $20 taxi ride to the cruise port. And the price was better than most other places. The drawback was the check-in and check-out, which was a patience-testing kludge. Online instructions at booking could have been much clearer. Both going in and going out we had to use the HELP line at the gate to figure what to do with our printed online paperwork to get in and out. And we irritated cars behind us while we worked through the process. Advice: Yes, park here. No, do not drive up to the gate, in or out, and THEN try to figure out what you're supposed to do next."

"Good experience. The elevator in the garage was not working so waking up and down the ramp with luggage was a task. Not your issue, since it's not your garage. But the convenience was the location for Uber pick up to the cruise ship. It was perfect walk to a nearby hotel entrance and one way street. There is also no attendant in that garage, but the help button at the exit gates DID work, on 2nd, and it was seamless leaving. A bit difficult to get in, since the help button operator at the entrance gate on 1st, as noted on reservation, was an international company help button. He did not understand what we were talking about. Thank goodness it worked on the way out with a different operator."

"Very safe location and close to cruise ship terminals. QR code didn’t work for entry or exit so it was just a matter of pressing the call attendant button and reading off the details of the booking. Yellow cab fares are very high to this location so use uber/lyft instead"

"Lowest price. Take a ticket upon entering. Elevator was broken, and with 4 large suitcases we weren’t going up stairs. Wife had to wait in stairwell. Lots of homeless nearby. Had to push the customer service button upon checkout and give name/reservation number to exit. But you get what you pay for. Saved us $200. I’d still do it again. "

"I had issues entering the garage with the QR code I received via email with my confirmation. I called and was sent a new code via text, that didn't work. I pressed the help button and was manually allowed to enter. When I asked if the code was going to get me out, she said I'd have to press the help button and take it from there. When I approached the bar to exit, it just raised, and I drove out. Overall it was not a bad experience. I'll definitely try parking there again. Also knowing that I cannot enter before the selected time."
